Preparing An Order:Send us photos, postcards,sketches, etc.of the building, scene, logo, etc. which you wish to be featured on the items selected. Note any objects which you do not wish shown by our artists as they prepare a black and white line drawing. Complete the Order FormPlease note any caption you wish to be shown with the picture and also your desired caption or image for the back. Inform us of your requested delivery dateespecially if you are having an event. Indicate the Typestyleyou would like for the wording. Please refer to the Standard Typestyles table. Please include a telephone numberwhere we can reach you in the event of a question. A $50.00 deposit whould be includedThe deposit will be credited to your final invoice. All prices in this catalog include art preparation for one black and white drawing.Additional black and white drawings are $30.00 each. When our artists and typesetters have completed their work, usually within 7 working days, we will send you a paper proof of your layout for your review. Also included will be a FINAL ORDERING STEPS form requesting a 50% deposit and notice of any necessary changes of your layout. Changes are made at no additional cost. |
TERMS:Because these items are designed especially for your exclusive use, they are not usable by anyone else. We, therefore, must receive a 50% down payment after approval of your order for production. The balance will be billed, together with your shipping charges, after you have received your order. Your final invoice will be credited for the deposit and down payment. Invoice payment terms are Net 15 days. Finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be charged on all delinquent balances. SHIPPING:Shipments will usuall be via UPS, FOB factory, prepaid and billed on the final invoice. UPS delivery only to street addresses. TAXES:If applicable, tax exemption certificate must be forwarded to us. OVER/UNDER RUNS:We reserve the right to ship and bill 10% over aor under the ordered quantity on custom imprinted merchandise. DELIVERY:Please allow for 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of customized products. Expedited delivery on some items can be arranged and will be subject to a rush charge. RETURNS:No product returns without prior written authorization. DAMAGES:All claims for damaged goods must be made against the carrier within 10 days. We do not insure on time delivery or safe carriage of goods. COPYRIGHTS:All orders accepted by The Hometown Collection are based on the understanding that the customer has the legal right to use the material. Furthermore, any action or claim of an alleged copyritht infringement will be the sole responsibility of the customer. |
